Alyssa Doherty

It was through battling health issues of my own that drew me to seek care outside of my family doctor’s recommendations.  I read books, searched the web, consulted with peers, in all aspects of health care.  I tried everything! Rieki, Osteopathy, Herbs, Homeopathy, Yoga, Meditation, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement, Counseling, Supplementation, Nutrition, Journaling, Self-Love, Acceptance and Forgiveness.  What came of all this was calmness, peace, and balance in my life, along with sustainable weight loss, more energy, better mood regulation, better cognition, a healthier relationship with food and with loved ones, as well as,  patience, love and vitality.  When I had finally enrolled in the Holistic Nutrition Program, all of my thoughts, hard work and research into the powers of nutrition, healthy lifestyle practices and stress management became verified, and sparked a passion in me that encouraged me to want to work with others, in hopes to educate, guide and empower them to take charge of their own health care and health outcomes.  Our bodies are incredible.  We all have within us the capability to heal and to feel good, at all stages of life.  I’d be honored to guide, work with you and support you along in your journey to optimal health.
